The hotel is average, located on a pedestrian street. Everything is nearby. We stayed for 3 days. One day the room was opened with an electronic key, starting from the 2nd day there were problems with the key. We had to run to the reception from the 3rd floor 2-3 times. Each time the key was recoded, but it did not work again. Very unpleasant, after a whole day spent on an excursion. On the last day we asked the administrator to contact the hotel we were going to. The guys are great, at first they did not get through, but then they agreed that they would pick us up. Thank you

Superb counter staff. Very welcoming and greetings each time we passed by the counter. Readily extended their assistance to help with the luggage to the room. Also readily assisted elderly guests up the steps without being requested.
A great gesture by the check in staff upgrading one of our rooms so that both our rooms are facing the pedestrian street and with balcony. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony watching passers by while sipping coffee. The rooms are big and clean.
The rooms facing the pedestrian street can be noisy with the music from the restaurants but once the balcony door is shut, the noise level drops to almost zero. Highly recommended

The hotel front desk has a very good attitude and answers all questions. The room is clean and tidy.
