I always choose this hotel. The staff are very friendly. They will greet you and are happy to help you. The breakfast is rich and there are many kinds of food. The Chinese food on the first floor is delicious.

Perhaps due to the pride of a 5-star hotel, the lady at the front desk was condescending.
There were almost no amenities. They don't bring any unless the customer requests them. The other person who accompanied me seemed to have booked on a different website and had the same problem.
The bathtub (shower room) was installed on a step higher, so I imagine it would be difficult for a woman to get up and down.
I have often used this hotel for food-related matters since my time stationed overseas, but it seems like the standard has dropped a little compared to four years ago.
I think I'll book a different hotel next time.
