Shigakogen Prince Hotel

The hotel room is ok, old but clean. The water pressure is strong and the water temperature is warm enough. Except for slippers, everything else is provided. Washing machines and dryers are free to use. The service attitude is very good, basically service with a smile the whole time. If you stay 3 nights or more, you can clean the room once. In addition, you have to put the daily garbage and used towels at the door. Snow is no problem either. What’s disgusting is Shao’eshan Ski Resort! Full snow ticket is charged, only 2 lanes are open! Even though the snow is full, there are no snow trails! Stayed for 4 nights and skied for 4 days! I can almost count how many trees there are on each ski trail! It’s really too much!

Skiing is very convenient at Yakebitan Ski Resort. The room is not very big, and the view from the window is very good. There is a semi-open-air hot spring. Hotel staff can communicate in English without barriers, and individual staff can speak Chinese.

I don't know how many hotels we stayed at, but I stayed with four friends. The main factor that makes it a high rating is the proximity to the slopes. There were three good points. It's very convenient to be able to get on the lift right from the hotel and to be able to enter the hotel right after getting off. Also, the front desk will warm up the microwave for you. Also, although it's a small detail, the toothbrush in the amenities wasn't that bad. And there are a few bad points. First of all, the bed is narrow. It may be because it was peak time that there were no good rooms, but it's a sofa bed, so it's quite narrow. One of the sofa beds didn't have an outlet, so I used the outlet for the hair dryer. Next, the internet environment. There is wifi. However, it gets disconnected periodically, perhaps because there are too many users or the room is too far from the device. The 4G connection is also quite poor in some places. I couldn't even update Instagram. Next is the large public bath. The open-air bath in the large public bath may be treated as a covered open-air bath, but it only lets in outside air. It doesn't feel like an open-air bath at all. The rest is food. The buffet without the main course is 3500 yen, and with the main course it is 5300 yen, so I didn't order it. I didn't eat it so I can't tell you the taste, but it seems too expensive. I understand that it is a slope price. This time, we went to eat yakiniku outside by car. There are a few other things that bothered me. The kettle in the room takes a long time to boil water. If you are going to eat only cup noodles in the morning and go to the slopes, you need to boil it quite early. The heating is almost ineffective. It is very difficult to dry your clothes. There were no trash cans for plastic bottles and cans, including near the vending machines. When I entered the room, there was hair next to the towel. If you are renting, I recommend the Prince Main Building. Overall, Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort was not bad, but there are many other good slopes, and I didn't feel that there was much benefit to staying here. This is the hotel closest to the slopes, so I probably will never come to this slope again.

This is my first time staying in a twin room in the East Wing. The room is spacious, but not worth the price. There is no power outlet at the bedside, so you can't use your smartphone while lying in bed. The room was not cleaned properly, and there was hair in a conspicuous place on the sink. The toilet is like an airplane toilet and feels oppressive. There is no coffee in the room, only tea these days. There are many stains on the carpet, so I don't want to take off my shoes and walk around. There are many stains on the sofa that look like food has been spilled, so I don't want to sit on it. There is no large public bath in the East Wing. The front desk staff are not smiling and the service is not very good, so I feel depressed from the moment I check in. The good thing is that the view from the room is amazing, with a panoramic view of the slopes. For an inbound price of 70,000 to 80,000, this room and service are terrible.
