The bathhouse does not provide yukata. The bathhouse is private by reservation, but it can only be used on the first day. It is not open on the second day. It's a pity that I can't take a bath in the morning in early spring. The hotel is very new and everything else is very good. The location is quiet and the staff are quite friendly. It's just a rule, a bit rigid

I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆
