It's conveniently located just a short walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station. The room was warm and the bed was spacious, so I was able to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with dishes such as puffer fish sashimi, a specialty of Yamaguchi Prefecture, and pear jam. I'd like to stay here again.

The single room was no different from a normal business hotel, but the interior and facilities had been completely renovated and it was very comfortable. It was a modest, clean hotel where they even kept your forgotten belongings.

Good in all aspects

It was good that it was near the station. It was convenient because there were restaurants serving Western, Japanese, and Chinese food on the premises. There were rooms available for banquets, etc.

This time, I made an advance reservation for this hotel, but due to my personal work circumstances, I canceled it. I made a reservation with this app, but it was canceled after the cancellation deadline, so it was completely my fault. The application administrator has made every effort not to incur a cancellation fee until the end. Thank you very much. However, I didn't understand it either, but the app is an intermediary between the hotel and a certain travel agency, and in the end, a cancellation fee was incurred against the interests of the travel agency. I'm not complaining about this. I like a certain hotel and use it often, and sometimes I make a reservation directly, but if I tell you the circumstances of the cancellation, the hotel will decide, and the cancellation fee will be charged even on the day. I think there are cases where it is not taken. I actually did something like that too. What I want to say is that the app makes it easy to make reservations, and I think it's very convenient, but if you anticipate a sudden cancellation due to work, I think it's better to book directly with the hotel. . Especially if it's your favorite hotel, I think it's better to give it back to the hotel rather than being poorly and uselessly intervened.
