Stayed in this hotel for 1 week and we never had a dull moment. Everything was so smooth from the moment we checked in until to the last day. Staffs are so easy to talk, very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is scrumptious. Our room was facing the pool and the sea is overlooking. It was a lovely view. Our room’s balcony is huge and very relaxing to spend some time sitting and looking around. This place is perfect to those who want to relax and enjoy their vacation. Not a typical crowded place. Pool is clean and everyone can stay there as long as they want without getting any itching. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely book at this property again when we come back Bodrum. A lovely stay indeed!

This is the most incredible hotel. The setting is the beautiful Ortakent beach, away from the crowded and crazy Bodrum town and with much cleaner water. The hotel has direct access to the beach plus a fabulous pool. The staff were amazing - so attentive to everything and great with our kids. There are so many great dining options along the beach in easy walking distance, but the food was SO good at the hotel we ended up eating there every night. All the meals - kids, pool dining, vegetarian options, and particularly the breakfast - were so delicious. The quality of service, the fit out, the luxury feel of the restaurant spaces and the beach setting would all match anything at a 5 star resort, but you get the exclusivity of a boutique hotel with a much smaller number of guests and access to shops and other restaurants. From what we observed, this is the best hotel in Ortakent, and Ortakent is one of the most beautiful spots in Bodrum.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

We lived at Degirmenburnu residence almost 5 months and it was a really great experience! Hotel has a very good location - near you can find Marina (in 15 minutes walking) with so many restaurants, cafes and Gumbet's beach (in 5-10 minutes walking). Also there is enough kid's playgrounds, it was important for us, cause of the baby)). Hotel’s rooms has all for long staying there (wash machine, place for cooking, dishwasher and etc.), rooms have wonderful views on the sea and the part of Bodrum city. But the best in this hotel I think is in administration service. All of ours questions and problems was solved and it was really quickly. For example our dishwasher broke (it was almost night, about 11 pm) and they come to help us and changed it for a new one just in 15 minutes! And all our asks was solved every time so fast as in example above. I want to say many thanks to Eric and other staff for that kind and personal attention to us and to our friends too. If we will come back to Bodrum we’ll definitely stay at Degirmenburnu!

The price you pay is far from the service that one would expect form a 5-star hotel. 1. Rooms: Rooms are large and decently furnished but cleanliness is quite disappointing. Housekeeping was random at best, and they only cleaned on demand (for example, the bathroom or balcony were never cleaned unless we requested it explicitly). Rooms on the ground floor can be visited by stray cats if one leaves the door open. This is what happened to us. With my wife being allergic, we asked for an alternative arrangement which was promptly found. We were given a new room at an upper floor and with a better view. 2. Service: a. Beach service was horrible. First, like rooms’, beach cleanliness is a mirage. Stray dogs are around all the time and the beach is always dirty (see pictures of what the beach looks like at 9am on a typical day). The beach is also adjacent to a drain with stagnant water, which on a typical windy day sometimes smells. Second, almost none of the staff speak a decent English. Finally, the beach is open to outsiders. While nowhere was this written when I made the reservation, the end result is that, particularly during weekends, you may find yourself without an umbrella and beds. That is exactly what happened to us when we checked in on a Sunday afternoon. Moreover, barely are there controls at entry, so in theory anyone can (and in fact does) use the beach. b. Dining was also quite poor. The hotel has four restaurants but only two are open for dinner. This leaves us with fewer options. Yes, the nearby village offers alternatives, but it is not clear why a 5-star hotel should only have two restaurants open for dinner (note: one is a beach restaurant). c. On a positive note, staff were very helpful, especially Elena, the guest relations manager, who was very kind with us and tried her best to improve the service, yet there are structural problems that only the general management can and should try to solve. Speaking of which, we lodged a complaint with central Radisson and no one bothered to reply, not even an automatic reply acknowledging receipt of the message. As the saying goes: “the fish rots from the head”. 3. Location: This is definitely a plus. The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, with crystalline waters. However, the place is a bit self-containing, with very limited options to walk and dine around, and explore adjacent places. There is a no-frills village at walking distance but you can only reach it by taxi, as it is not advisable to walk on the margins of the road. In sum, if you are looking for a truly 5-star hotel experience look elsewhere.

Very nice villa-style suite, Greek style, single floor, two bedrooms and one bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with three single beds, for a total of five people. When we checked in, it was the low season of travel, the price was cheap and unreasonable (more than 200 yuan in total), and the free breakfast was also very rich. It was only a ten-minute walk from the main scenic spots such as St. Peter’s Castle and the most prosperous city center. Especially the parking lot is too extravagant compared to the rural towns such as Bodrum where the streets are narrow and almost single-line, and there is no public parking at all. There are really some people's consumption and the nobility's enjoyment. Absolute value for money! Of course, it is said that not only is it more expensive during peak season, it is also difficult to book.

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).
