Paid a room 250 euro end of September. Got a room nearby waist and sewerage. It was terrible stink and smell all 4 days. I can believe that you can let in the guests to stay in that garbage of hotel. It is smell in the all beach. We just slept there, and running away to the other beaches and hotels during the day. Worst hotel ever!!!!!

Iki Cocugumuz la beraber cok guzel bir tatil yaptik. Aslinda tam bir cocuk hoteli olmamakla beraber , cocuklara da uygun. Bodrumda Deniz’e cok yakin ve Deniz’i cok temiz bir hotel. Sabah kahvaltisi 09.00 da baslamasi iyi degil ama genel olarak muhtesem.

Bodrumun en güzel denizi olan oteli highlight otel denizi berrak ötesi tertemiz içme suyu gibi hemen derinleşmeyen çocuklar için eğlenebileceği seviyede mükemmel bir denize sahip otel. Diğer konularla ilgili olarak hizmet, müşteri memnuniyeti ve temizlik konularında tek bir sorun bulunmamakta olup kusursuz niteliktedir. Otelin yemek menüsü oldukça çeşitli ve herbirisi birbirinden ayrı ve lezzetli zengin içeriğe sahiptir. Otelin gün boyunca plajı oldukça renkli ve hareketli olup müzikler oldukça tarzdır. Plajın olduğu yerdeki restorant ise çok tarz bir görünüme sahiptir. Otelin genel olarak tüm çalışanları son derece özverili olup özellikle satış ve pazarlama bölümü müdürü Melike Hanım ailerle olan ilgisli ve alakası takdire şayan olup bizimle yakınen ilgilenip her türlü istek ve ihtiyaçlarımıza ivedilikle çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı memnuniyet vericidir.

Bir Bodrum aşığı olarak Bodrum 'un en üst segment otellerinde konaklamış, günü birlik sosyetenin cirit attığı bir çok beachleri görmüş biri olarak tüm samimiyetimle söylemek istediğim en önemli şey Bodrum' un en güzel denizi bu otele ait diyebilirim. Odaların denize çok yakın olması, gelen müşteri kitlesinin nezih olması, gereksiz kuru kalabalık olmaması, sahilin temizliği, çalışanların mesafeli ve titizliği hepsi gerçekten kaliteli. Kötü yorum yapanların tatil anlayışı muhakkak farklıdır.kişisel beklentiler ile oteli kötülemek de bana göre haksızlıktır. Bizim deniz tatilinden anlayışımız güzel bir deniz, temizlik ve kaliteli ortam olduğu için tek bir kusur göremedik. Çocuklu aileler için özellikle tavsiye edeceğim nitelikte güzel bir plajı var. Çocuğunuz plajda güvenli bir şekilde oynarken siz ona 30 cm yakınlıkta şezlongda güneşlenebilirsiniz. Acıktınız mı 2 adım ötedeki beach restoranda yemeğinizi yersiniz. Gün boyu toplam yürüme mesafeniz 50 adımı geçmez. Tatil zaten bu değil midir :) özellikle satış pazarlama müdürü Melike Hanım 'ın samimiyeti ve her sorunumuzu çözme çabası için ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.

We are visiting family in bodrum and decided to take a weekend getaway as a couple. Miya beach club was on my to go list so it was a 2 bird one stone to stay here, especially for the price. To all reviews complaining about noise, please do expect music through out the day as, again, it is a very sought after beach club in bodrum. Might I add the most beautiful beach & waters I’ve been to so far, we didn’t want to leave. The food and cocktails were also very surprising, large portions amazing flavours not your typical hotel food (the included breakfast is also a very large spread they bring to your own table, not a boring buffet). I do recommend befriending one of the beach staff as they will reserve you a nice bed on the pier daily (much nicer than the beach beds), the service was what really made our stay for us. Ramazan was our guy and an absolute gem!! Only negative we could really say is that their entertainment etc ends at 8/9pm so it’s usually very quiet if you stay on site, if you’re looking for fun in the evening get to know the areas of bodrum to take taxis to. Regardless, as Canadian Turks in our late 20s we highly recommend this hotel, I wouldn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews!

The hotel was rated as 5 star it’s probably a 3 im not sure. Service was bad. Only good thing was location by a nice beach. The rooms were horrible the blow dryer didn’t work, the door lock was broken. The pillows were huge and u comfortable. Showers were not nice and they smelled very bad. I would never stay there again
