We happened to meet the local morning market on the second day, and the reception desk specially reminded us that we can use the time to go shopping in the morning market. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to Yakake Station or Shin-Kurashiki Station, which is very convenient!

Ibara City is a wonderful town. Quiet and slow pace with the most friendly people. Nice small shops and plenty of pedestrian paths by the river. The Hotel is a great little place in this city and the food is outstanding. I will always stay when I return to Ibara City.

It was close to perfect with all the necessary amenities and friendly front desk staff. There are some vibrations from passing trucks as others have mentioned, but it wasn’t too bad, didn’t bother me much. Right next to a supermarket.
