Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. The hotel is nice, the room was very comfortable and clean but it is getting a little old. You can spot many signs of wear and tear in places. However, if you are traveling through Xuzhou for work it is ideally situated right in front of the high speed train station which is very convenient but also a bit dull if you want to walk around at night to kill time as there is nothing around.

We had the opportunity to know Xuzhou because we went to see Angela Chang's concert. The front desk lady also gave us stickers for the concert.

Maybe it was because of the concert, the room rate really surprised me. Fortunately, I was a Ctrip diamond member and it was slightly cheaper than what I got in the mini program.
I was supposed to check in after watching the concert in the evening, but I arrived at 6 o'clock and checked in. The room I booked was not available yet. The front desk lady arranged another room type for temporary rest and gave me a breakfast coupon. She also helped me take my luggage to the room. I checked in directly to the new room when I came back in the evening.
The breakfast variety is also very rich, and the key is that each one is delicious, and there is also my favorite tofu pudding. I will stay here again when I come to Xuzhou next time

We have visited several hotels in Xuzhou, and this one is the most satisfactory for our family. The room is very clean. It is very worry-free and comfortable to stay here with children. Although it is the May Day holiday, the hotel front desk upgraded the luxury suite, and the children's breakfast was also great! The children are very happy 🥳 There is a big park behind the hotel, and there is delicious Xuzhou barbecue in the evening. The big terrace is superb! You can play in the hotel for a whole day, which is very comfortable. There are many parent-child activities during the May Day holiday. Due to time reasons, I can't stay for another day. I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come to Xuzhou!

Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning.
The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

The hotel offers a unique touch with the option to choose specifically designed, cozy rooms. However, better sound insulation could improve the overall comfort. The perfect location, atop a Wanda Plaza mall, made shopping extremely convenient. Despite minor stuff, the overall experience was great, positive and the hotel comes recommended for its service and location.
