房間整體還行，適合來回海南路過住一晚
小區樓下的環境衞生太差了，都是垃圾堆，物業管理不行啊，地下停車場電梯口也堆滿垃圾，太臭了

非常的滿意，房間乾淨整潔，地庫停摩託方便，還給升級了房型。吃完飯正好入住，離港口近，第二天直接過海。

淡季，價格很便宜，在別的城市這種房間得賣一百多，每次去海南都會在這裏過一夜，唯一不足的就是有洗衣機沒有洗衣粉，

房間很大，也有一個沙發和吃飯桌，還有個大陽台和洗衣機。如果自駕可以停在地下車庫，一晚收費15元。如果停路邊是免費但是走去民宿會有些距離。晚上人會比較少和安靜，邊上的路燈也比較少，有同伴一起會比較安全。

很滿意的一次入住 👍 我們夫妻預訂的底層雙床房，房東免費給我們升級到高層了，14層，好貼心 ❤️。房間很大，長沙發，茶几，餐桌餐椅一應俱全。雙門大衣櫃儘管沒什麼好掛的，但是看起來還是很養眼的 😛。房間各處都是乾乾淨淨的，卧具也非常乾淨。空調和熱水都十分給力。
因為是酒店式公寓，除了衞生間有面盆外，房間門口還有一個洗東西的水池，而且也是冷熱水都有的，這樣給燒水壺接水，還有洗水果洗碗什麼的都十分方便。此外，大大的陽台上還有洗衣機和晾衣架，多住幾天就可以洗衣服了。
順便説一句，這裏的地下車庫24小時收費15元，儘管地面上也可以停，但還是地下更安全，而且就停在自己住的樓下，取放東西很方便。總之，性價比很高，我們住的很舒服很滿意，以後還會來。😃

室內空間很大，陽台超大，晚上坐着聊天喝茶，周邊很安靜，床上用品很乾凈，每天睡到自然醒，離市區有點距離，自駕較方便
