前台一直在引導，讓我線下付款，説話態度僵硬，房間打開燈後很多飛蟲，這是床上的蟲，住的這個體驗感很差，衣架也是壞的，打開窗户簾有衹壁虎，窗户上的生銹和灰不堪入目。服務態度好的是大叔，讓來修下水管一會兒就弄好了，因為住宿差當晚沒有休息好，影響了第二天遊覽古鎮的心情和狀態，

這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是：由於很重要的事不得已要取消入住，商家沒有與我商量溝通、擅自將我的訂單弄成已離店。沒有給我任何理由和解釋説不能取消入住。最基本溝通都不會了嗎#服務垃圾差

唯一的優點就是房間面積大，看圖片訂的295的價格在鎮上不算低，遊客的話不建議選擇，完全就是當地人婚宴消費場所。樓道一股煙味酒味，晚上KTV吵到半夜，隔音太差，樓道經常大聲喧嘩。酒店服務管理也差，前台一點服務意識都沒有，客房衞生到處都是灰塵，馬桶搖晃感覺就是放在那裡的，平時都不檢查嗎？

大中午訂的房間 晚上入住房門一打開床都是亂糟糟的 臟亂差 給前台打了兩個電話才慢悠悠上來 上來第一時間不是解決問題 而是解決不了 沒辦法 無法處理 讓我們直接走 大晚上兩點多讓人走 也不給換房 最後實在不行了才給換房 一個酒店連個吹風機都沒有 前台電話形同擺設 服務態度很差 從入住到發現問題 第一時間不是解決問題 而是推卸責任 讓提前預訂的顧客走人 個位入住的慎重吧

天元酒店剛開業不久，在我們美麗的蘇荷古鎮，算得上最好的酒店停車，比較方便，周邊有一條小河，環境還是挺好的，值得外來的朋友推薦給你入住。就是上次住的時候沒有早餐，不知道現在有沒有早餐。
