作為文旅行業的半個同行，酒店實屬超預期，預訂之前研究了許昌五鑽的酒店老舊。剛開始衹是下了訂單，準備去看下房間設施等，再確定是否入住。擔心新酒店有刺鼻的味道，而且也不是連鎖品牌。但是進去後還是可圈可點，尤其接待我們的小美女（不知道是不是店長）很熱情細心。熱情的帶去參觀房間介紹房間設施。我手上拿着重的包裹，她會幫你託底抬着。熱心介紹酒店的餐飲，協助點菜，並通知上菜送到房間。我們在猜想老闆是不是酒店管理層在效仿胖東來的服務。提個小建議，可以整理下許昌特色美食，通過紙質或者設定管家服務添加住客微信發給住客。停車方便，走到生活廣場10來分鐘。下次來還會入住該酒店。

設施：雖然樓有點老舊，但是還是電動窗簾，電視還是小米的，設施看來是更新過得，就是房間稍微老舊了一些，但不影響整體。 衞生：衞生很不錯，雖然是老一些的，但是收拾的的很乾凈。 環境：離的胖東來時代廣場炒雞近，然後附近也有很多小店吃吃喝喝很隨和，早上起來 喝個胡辣湯也很近，門口停車也很方便， 服務：幫忙指導停車的大叔人也超級好，我們在天使城買了好多東西還有行李，大叔和前台一個小哥一直幫忙提到房間，其實我們自己也能提，但他們非常熱情的一定要幫忙。 買了個西瓜大半夜都11點了想吃打服務枱電話，上來一個阿姨，把我帶到廚房，廚房也很整潔很乾凈，我切好了，還幫我端着送到房間門口，一直很熱情的跟我聊天，人超級好。 我們離開許昌的那天早上開車的時候，停車場大叔還主動跟我們説門口是條單行道，記得不要左拐，我們回家路上突然發現前擋風變乾淨了，我們來的時候跑高速前擋風全是鳥屎和蟲子，很晚了也沒收拾，結果發現大叔幫忙給擦的乾乾淨淨，而且四個車窗和車門以及後擋風都乾乾淨淨的，真的很感謝。H酒店的工作人員是這次旅程的點睛之筆，許昌不止有胖東來，還有千千萬萬個温暖的人。

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, equipped with a high-end smart toilet, and the bathroom table is large enough for convenient storage. A few areas that can be improved 1. The elevator operation efficiency is too low, and you need to wait for a long time during peak hours. 2. The hotel swimming pool was not open and was not notified in advance. The children ran to swim in their swimsuits. 3. The hair dryer in the bathroom can be upgraded. The current Feike hair dryer is not strong but the noise is loud enough.

Disadvantages: 1. There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can ask the service to send one for temporary use. This operation is the first time I have seen it. It is surprising that such a good hotel room is not equipped with a refrigerator. 2. The floor-to-ceiling curtains are not well made. If you rest during the day, the light is very strong and dazzling, which affects your sleep. 3. The shower head is too soft, and it is not comfortable to take a bath. 4. The bathroom night light cannot be turned off manually. I don’t know if the sensor in our room is broken. It is always on, including at night, which affects sleep. 5. The location is relatively remote, and it takes about 5 kilometers to get to Pangdonglai or scenic spots. There are no supporting facilities around, few places to eat, and no shared bicycles (there are few in Xuchang, which has nothing to do with the hotel), so it is best to drive by yourself.

The hotel was less than ten minutes from the high-speed rail station. The family liked to be quiet and the surrounding area was not too noisy. I want to go to Fat Dong the next day.
