作為文旅行業的半個同行，酒店實屬超預期，預訂之前研究了許昌五鑽的酒店老舊。剛開始衹是下了訂單，準備去看下房間設施等，再確定是否入住。擔心新酒店有刺鼻的味道，而且也不是連鎖品牌。但是進去後還是可圈可點，尤其接待我們的小美女（不知道是不是店長）很熱情細心。熱情的帶去參觀房間介紹房間設施。我手上拿着重的包裹，她會幫你託底抬着。熱心介紹酒店的餐飲，協助點菜，並通知上菜送到房間。我們在猜想老闆是不是酒店管理層在效仿胖東來的服務。提個小建議，可以整理下許昌特色美食，通過紙質或者設定管家服務添加住客微信發給住客。停車方便，走到生活廣場10來分鐘。下次來還會入住該酒店。

設施：雖然樓有點老舊，但是還是電動窗簾，電視還是小米的，設施看來是更新過得，就是房間稍微老舊了一些，但不影響整體。 衞生：衞生很不錯，雖然是老一些的，但是收拾的的很乾凈。 環境：離的胖東來時代廣場炒雞近，然後附近也有很多小店吃吃喝喝很隨和，早上起來 喝個胡辣湯也很近，門口停車也很方便， 服務：幫忙指導停車的大叔人也超級好，我們在天使城買了好多東西還有行李，大叔和前台一個小哥一直幫忙提到房間，其實我們自己也能提，但他們非常熱情的一定要幫忙。 買了個西瓜大半夜都11點了想吃打服務枱電話，上來一個阿姨，把我帶到廚房，廚房也很整潔很乾凈，我切好了，還幫我端着送到房間門口，一直很熱情的跟我聊天，人超級好。 我們離開許昌的那天早上開車的時候，停車場大叔還主動跟我們説門口是條單行道，記得不要左拐，我們回家路上突然發現前擋風變乾淨了，我們來的時候跑高速前擋風全是鳥屎和蟲子，很晚了也沒收拾，結果發現大叔幫忙給擦的乾乾淨淨，而且四個車窗和車門以及後擋風都乾乾淨淨的，真的很感謝。H酒店的工作人員是這次旅程的點睛之筆，許昌不止有胖東來，還有千千萬萬個温暖的人。

來許昌必住!因為一個超市.打卡一座城~酒店離胖東來時代廣場店非常近， 設施:環境特別好，空間很大，完全加分項，贊贊贊，乾淨整齊! 衞生:乾淨，布草也很乾凈，屋裡雖説不大，但是並不擁擠，住酒店乾淨是首要~ 服務:有求並應，我們這兩次都是提前入住的，衹要沒滿房，基本都滿足~對於我們開了一宿車的人太重要了~，小童餐具可可愛愛~ 早餐:中式西式都有，品種不是很多，但是我覺得每一樣都很好吃，我最愛的一個是麪條，一個是早餐腸~每次必吃! 我衹想説維也納國際酒店的老闆真有眼光，許昌首家維也納國際酒店

酒店位置特別好，去胖東來天使城非常方便，周邊環境好，去熱門商圈都非常便捷。房間乾淨整潔，對面是個大公園視野還不錯。酒店工作人員主動問好，服務到位！離店時酒店前台還給我們提供了水果和礦泉水，大部分前台的服務還是非常細緻周到的。 美中不足的是：1.酒店客人素質低，希望酒店對安全隱患問題加強巡視管理。第一天在樓層電梯口看到有客人遺棄的煙頭，並聞到濃濃的煙味，對酒店和其他客人安全造成安全隱患。一層大堂休息區經常有人用極大的聲貝叫嚷、開會，希望酒店設立提示牌避免給他人帶來困擾。 2.希望酒店對隔音問題有所改進，加強巡邏。客人經常在走廊、電梯等公共場所大聲喧嘩。房間隔音較差，晚上經常聽到有人在走廊喧嘩，某天晚上1點半（可能樓上房間）不停在房間跺腳，因不能確定是哪個房間，沒辦法向前台反饋情況，衹能忍到其停止噪音才能入睡。 3.客房沒有清潔燈，保潔不能及時打掃房間。因我們平時掛了勿擾牌，翻面換成清潔時客房阿姨不能及時看到，導致我們離店2、3小時後回來房間仍未打掃。之後得知如急需打掃房間要給前台打電話協調。在我們離店前一天才得知酒店為客人提供免費冰淇淋和咖啡。希望客人辦理入住時，前台簡單向客人介紹下酒店環境及服務流程，顧客的體驗會更加便捷順暢舒適！

There is a big supermarket next door. There is everything to eat and drink. You don’t need to bring anything at all. You can buy everything. The room decoration is particularly exquisite.

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the highway exit, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very high-end, the check-in procedures are smooth and delicate, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel rooms are fully equipped and tidy, the rooms are very large, the facilities are very new and clean, and the Wi-Fi speed is fast. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and moderately soft and hard. We are very satisfied with the bright windows and clean tables. In addition, the breakfast hall is very neatly arranged and beautiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and there are also Xuchang local spicy soup, meatball soup, mutton soup, noodles, baked buns, etc. Special thanks to the female supervisor of the restaurant. If you want to eat sushi and mustard sauce, she will arrange for flash delivery without saying a word and provide it to me. Thank you very much. The hotel is similar to a garden. It consists of a main building and a group of scattered villas. The greenery is great. There is also Yinmahe Park next door. 2. Good service. The staff are very warm and thoughtful, with a strong sense of service. They also humbly accept and return the suggestions. 3. The hygiene is OK. There are some small details in the room that are convenient for the people. The items that can be provided free of charge or for a fee are clearly stated on the signs, which are clear at a glance. Disadvantages: 1. There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can ask the service to send one for temporary use. This operation is the first time I have seen it. It is surprising that such a good hotel room is not equipped with a refrigerator. 2. The floor-to-ceiling curtains are not well made. If you rest during the day, the light is very strong and dazzling, which affects your sleep. 3. The shower head is too soft, and it is not comfortable to take a bath. 4. The bathroom night light cannot be turned off manually. I don’t know if the sensor in our room is broken. It is always on, including at night, which affects sleep. 5. The location is relatively remote, and it takes about 5 kilometers to get to Pangdonglai or scenic spots. There are no supporting facilities around, few places to eat, and no shared bicycles (there are few in Xuchang, which has nothing to do with the hotel), so it is best to drive by yourself.
