優點:房間面積還可以，衞生還可以。 缺點:房間電子秤不能用，衹有洗頭膏沒有護髮素，且有一個電插口好像不能充電。洗澡水壓不夠穩，馬桶漏水，流了一晚上，早上八點樓道里服務員對講機就開始大聲呼叫，隔音很差，被吵醒了。 最嚴重的就是服務問題，我的房間1518，兩點退房，我12:13打前台問有沒有男服務員幫我把我的水搬下去？24瓶小瓶農夫山泉礦泉水，因為我喝不慣酒店的水我自己叫的外賣送的水，前台説禮賓下班了，下午三點上班才能幫我搬，我説前台有男服務生嗎？她説沒有，我説有沒有力氣大點女生能幫我搬？她説她們全部搬不動，我又問有沒有小推車？我尋思有小推車我自己拉吧，前台説沒有，我問保安能不能幫忙？她説保安不幹這活，溝通了半天説十二點半後有人上班可能會幫我送，還是可能還不一定能幫我送，大幾十塊錢水扔了可惜，酒店不給幫忙送，於是我挺着五個多月的肚子一步一挪從15層挪到大廳外邊，我在大廳裏共歇了四趟，前台三個女的大廳一個女的全部看着我一個大肚子孕婦在那挪水，沒有一個人説一個字幫一下。大廳那女的穿着細高跟鞋玩着手機就在我旁邊踱步。就不説我是一個孕婦了，這麼多年第一次碰見住酒店讓幫忙送下水不給送的，一個酒店沒有送行李的小推車的。第二個是各種按金，住房500按金，借個充電線50按金，借給我的充電線還不能用，下雨了借把傘100按金，各種手續，我帶着幼兒園孩子住的，孩子進房間踢到門腳趾頭踢流血了，酒店沒有創可貼，我下樓買了一個，樓下前進葯店雲南白葯創可貼兩毛錢一個。第三是入住停車免費，辦理入住的時候我問前台男的車出去的時候咋出去？他説直接出去就行，我退房的時候問前台女的車直接出去就行嗎？她説是的，結果我出去了保安問我收費，我説住宿的，保安説得前台輸入車牌號才行，我前後問兩遍，沒人告我要輸車牌號，我又回去找前台，剛開始她説她告我了，我説她胡説，沒有告我要輸車牌號，我告她剛才退房我問是直接出去嗎你説是的，她又説我走了她喊我想告我我沒聽見，凈是滿嘴胡説，大廳那麼大，我一個孕婦又走不快，她喊我我肯定能聽見，況且前台有我電話，我出去了完全也可以給我打電話，這服務真開了眼了。另外我退房了才發現我在攜程定的房價有兩人洗浴贈送，從我入住到離店，沒人提醒和告知我的套餐內容，所以洗浴我也沒用，在哪裡我也不知道。
