I randomly picked this hotel for my last night in Zhengzhou, not expecting much, but it totally exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful during check-in. They proactively asked about my flight details to arrange the airport transfer and even reminded me about the complimentary late-night snacks after 10 PM. My initial room was near the elevator, and I casually mentioned concerns about the noise disturbing my child. To my surprise, they immediately moved us to a quiet room – the efficiency and service were top-notch! The room itself was surprisingly clean; even the shower and sink were spotless, which as someone particular about details, I really appreciated! And let's not forget the airport shuttle driver, who was polite, thoughtful, and helped us with all our luggage. Traveling with family, finding such a considerate hotel truly made our trip better. Highly recommend!

We chose Yunlv Shengkai Hotel for our family trip to Zhengzhou with the kids, and overall, we were extremely satisfied! They offer complimentary shuttle service within a ten-kilometer radius, so we could easily book a car to nearby malls or parks anytime we wanted – super convenient for getting around. The kids were captivated by the cultural relic light and shadow exhibition in the lobby, and we happened upon a free traditional Chinese clothing experience, where my child happily played in ancient costumes for a long time. The room was spotlessly clean, and the smart curtains and lighting were a novelty for the kids. The hotel even thoughtfully provided a complimentary children's toiletries set. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with many mild options suitable for young children. One evening, as we passed the front desk, I casually mentioned my child was feeling a bit under the weather, and the staff promptly brought us complimentary brown sugar ginger tea. The housekeeping auntie diligently replenished drinking water and toiletries every day without cutting corners. This hotel offers a great cultural atmosphere, incredibly thoughtful service, and a comfortable stay with delicious food. It made traveling with kids so much less stressful!

Excellent all round — superb staff, spotless room, and an ideal base by the airport A really excellent stay — Novotel delivered on every front. Breakfast was very good, the room was spotlessly clean, nicely finished and professional, and the whole setup was exactly what you'd want. The location is smart: a little outside the city centre, but wonderfully close to the airport — and there's a free airport shuttle every hour, which is absolutely perfect and makes coming and going completely effortless. Above all, the staff were superb — genuinely helpful and with good English, which made everything easy. Special mentions to Jim and to Tracy on reception, who were both brilliant and went out of their way to help; that kind of service is exactly what makes a stay memorable. My only tiny note is the desk chair, which wasn't the most comfortable for longer working sessions — a small thing in an otherwise outstanding stay. Wholeheartedly recommended, and an easy five out of five.

The toilet and bathroom are separated but next to each other, not in a single compartment. The hotel is not directly beside the main road, but there is a lot of car park in front of the hotel, making it convenient for cars. Airport transportation is provided, and it takes around 10 minutes to reach the airport. The price is affordable and good value for money. Overall, this hotel is recommended because of its low price and convenient airport access. If you are just staying for one night, this hotel is highly recommended. The room was very nice, and it was perfect for a layover. Excellent value for money. The staff member was incredibly helpful. I arrived in the early morning, and she was still very kind and attentive, even upgrading our room, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's airport pick-up service was also excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied; it offers great value.

Yuzu Light Luxury The airport is about an hour car ride from Zhengzhou city. As our flight was in the morning, we stayed the night before at this airport hotel which provides free shuttle service to the airport. The ride from the hotel to the airport is about 5 min. Our room like all other rooms are situated at level 2. For the price we pay, it was good enough for a restful night before the flight. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was no noise from the flying planes. They provided disposable bath towels which were more hygienic than laundered ones. Surprisingly, these towels were pretty absorbent. Hotel Yuzu is a no frill transit hotel that offers a good night rest at a low cost.

If you’ve been struggling with sleep for days, and you’re super sensitive to noise and light—this place is a game changer. It’s super quiet since it’s not right by a main road, and while you might hear the occasional footsteps or doors during the night, it’s really minimal. The lighting is super low too, especially if you go for a room with no windows—it blocks out all outside light perfectly. It’s affordable, the bed is comfy, and all the basic amenities are there. The AC works great, and it’s within walking distance from Sias. Total win.

Traveling around, this is the most comfortable and cleanest hotel/B&B I've ever stayed in for its price. The room soundproofing is great, it's very clean, and the service is excellent. I've already recommended it to friends, and it'll be my top choice for future visits.

The room is ok, there is a fragrance inside, maybe I don't like it, I come to this hotel for a short stay. The location is very good and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The room is clean and well-planned, but the bedding is a bit hard, which affects sleep. The service staff is friendly and the check-in is quick, but the room cleaning is sometimes not timely. The quality is average. Overall, it is a decent choice with room for improvement.

Service: Warm and thoughtful. Before check-in, we will ask about arrival time and send location. During your stay, you will also be answered with all your questions and the service will be attentive. Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time. Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.
