Huge thanks to the front desk for upgrading us to a suite! 🥰 The facilities are just like those at Lavande Hotels, which makes the price excellent value for money. Plus, the free shuttle service picks up at Gate 4 on the 4th floor; just contact the front desk and the car arrives quickly. The only downside was that the AC wasn't very cold.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were enthusiastic, and the airport transfer service was excellent.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness: Clean, with no unpleasant odors. I had an overnight layover in Zhengzhou and booked this last minute, and it was unexpectedly good! I'm very satisfied. They offer airport shuttle service; you need to book the departure time in advance as it can get busy. My flight time didn't quite line up with their shuttle, and I wanted to sleep in a bit more, so I took a taxi to the airport myself. It was only about 7 yuan and took just a few minutes – very convenient.

Overall, it was very mediocre. The room temperature was around 30 degrees Celsius all night. I called the front desk, and they said the air conditioning was broken. They claimed they didn't expect Zhengzhou to warm up so quickly and didn't have time to fix it. What kind of excuse is that? I asked how they would deal with the hot room, and the staff told me to open the window for ventilation! The room was so stuffy and hot that I ended up sleeping with the curtains wide open. I seriously doubt Ctrip's ratings!!

Super close to the airport, which is really convenient for a layover. The room was very quiet and well-equipped. I actually stayed here twice because of my flight schedule, and both the front desk staff and the driver were excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the 24-hour free shuttle service is fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Very satisfied.
