Returning from Beihai to Urumqi, a long journey, I chose to transit through Zhengzhou ✨ I thought it would just be a quick stopover, but I was absolutely blown away by the VOCO Hotel at Zhengzhou Garden Expo Park. The giant aircraft carrier-style exterior is grand and awe-inspiring, and the interior facilities are comprehensive. The rooftop's expansive Chinese-style sky garden offers elegant and tranquil views at every turn. Adjacent to the scenic Garden Expo Park, it was unexpectedly therapeutic. The attentive butler-style service was warm and meticulous. This unexpected surprise made my trip to Beihai a perfect ending 🌿

The hotel is located within the Garden Expo Park, very close to the airport, making it a quiet and convenient option if you're catching a flight the next day. It's a 20-minute walk to the airport. However, the location is somewhat remote, so it's best to book airport transfer in advance. The hotel only has one Chinese restaurant for dinner, which is quite good; the downstairs restaurant is only open in the morning. When I checked in, my room number was wrong, and the hotel immediately offered to provide me with a nutritious soup. The service was excellent, and I would definitely choose an IHG hotel again next time.

Breathing in the fresh morning air or watching the sunset cast its glow on the pavilions and terraces in the evening was breathtaking; every snapshot was a masterpiece, greatly relieving the fatigue of travel. Furthermore, the service from Heidi at the front desk was exceptionally attentive and meticulous, making me feel right at home. From the warm greetings at check-in to patiently answering all my questions about visiting the Garden Expo Park, every detail was handled perfectly. They were not only efficient, but more importantly, their genuine sincerity and warmth made me feel truly welcome. Whether you're looking to enjoy the unique courtyard scenery or experience high-quality, thoughtful service, the Zhengzhou Garden Expo Park Voco Hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Zhengzhou, and I will definitely stay again!

The hotel service was excellent! Linda, the front desk manager, thoughtfully prepared the room according to my request, prepared a welcome gift, and informed me that the room was ready and I was welcome to check in at any time. I was so touched and it was amazing! Timor, the manager, was also very welcoming during my stay. The overall experience was excellent. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the hotel environment was great. It was quiet and clean, perfect for light sleepers. Highly recommended! 💐

There is a large Garden Expo next to it, with many natural plants and characteristic buildings from various places including pavilions, pavilions and flowing water. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also good and rich, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is also a unique rooftop world on the sixth floor, with long corridors, small gravel paths made of polished stones, and various fruit trees and other flowers and plants. The room is large and the bathroom is spacious and bright. All in all, I am very satisfied with everything except the surrounding facilities. Hahahahahahaha

酒店整體超出預期，乾淨寬敞、佈局合理，床軟硬適中，空調熱水都很給力，工作人員禮貌貼心，性價比絕了！特別表揚一下李春湧，體驗到了管家服務，面面俱到，有求必應，下次還來住這個酒店！

閑暇時光想來鄭州周邊找個安靜地方放空，選了這家voco，整體體驗很舒服，不踩雷，很適合想遠離市區喧囂的人。 環境： 位置就在園博園南門旁邊，步行幾分鐘就能進園，環境特別好，綠植多、空氣清新，拍照也好看。 衞生： 房間乾淨整潔，床品躺上去特別軟，睡感很贊。標配大浴缸，忙完泡個澡很解壓，洗護用品也好用。晚上很安靜，睡得踏實。 服務: 服務很加分，前台工作人員Harlan-郭龍飛 熱情周到，有需求響應也及時，整體不刻意、不客套，讓人覺得舒服。早餐種類不算多但味道在線，明檔現做很有鍋氣，吃得很滿足。
