賓館位置優交通便利，距西寧站走路約10餘分鐘，也可搭公交車有多線，在西寧大廈下車，由建國大街右轉入七一東路前行50米抵達，老闆待人接物彬彬有禮，富服務熱忱，房間乾淨整齊設備新穎格局高雅，住起來非常舒適，房價不高性價比高，下次來西寧會再入住。

設施：基本還是比較新的，可以接受
衞生：挺乾淨，沒看見什麼異常的東西
環境：離火車站挺近的，不到兩公里，周圍坐車也算方便，也有各種飯館兒
服務：服務也挺熱情的，按金都沒收，老闆很痛快，可以行李寄存
