The door lock couldn't be closed. No one knew about the sudden entry from the outside. There was no hairdryer in the room. There was something dirty and dark on the bed. No one had checked in yet. They just called me and asked me to get it myself. I went in with the room card, and it was still on the fifth floor. There was a suitcase. It was tiring to go up. I went in at 12 o'clock in the morning, and at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I was told that I wanted to check out, but I was not given a refund. I could only say that it was best not to go, and the money was not refunded. It's nothing
