There was no hot water for showering at night, and I contacted customer service only to be told that the power system was under maintenance. The front desk service was not enthusiastic, and the service did not keep up with the hotel star rating. Something fell on the bathroom floor, and when I looked for it, I found that the countertop was very dirty and even had garbage. When I checked out, I told the lady at the front desk about the situation. The front desk was very friendly and kept apologizing, but it still couldn't make up for the bad stay experience.
