我和老伴住貴店深切體會：家的感覺。從網約車下車始就感覺哇，服務員給我開車門、拿行李直至服務枱。服務員小呂給我們辦理入住手續。且送上毛巾、茶水。手續很快完成！而且將我倆送至客房門口才離去。

酒店入住很滿意，酒店前台服務態度很好，告知地方遊玩特色，態度熱情，幫我們升級了房間，房間舒適乾淨，房間朝南採光也不錯可以看到酒店的湖景，酒店綠植覆蓋率大，可以湖邊散步，看看湖中錦鯉天鵝，非常好，酒店還有下午茶，很好！

今年去了很多地方，境外包括日韓新加坡等及國內的大中小城市和鄉村度假區，但沒有一家酒店性價比能夠趕上興化天寶。酒店設施維護非常好，自帶花園水塘以及地面、地下停車場。臨近深秋，中央空調的暖氣也開了。房間很温馨，空間大，有晾衣架、冰箱，酒店還贈送了下午茶。無論前台還是門廳服務人員都非常熱情，電梯、停車等都有人引導，服務行業的天花板水平。兩百多元的房價，提供的卻是五星級體驗，性價比超高，沒有之一。就衝著這個酒店，要多來興化玩玩（〜¯▽¯）〜

設施：雖然是老牌酒店，但應有盡有！
衞生：打掃的很乾凈！落地窗一層不染，而且，還貼心的加裝了防護欄桿，看個夜景、湖景、街景的，都很方便；
環境：花園大酒店，綠植茂密，相當於住到了小公園裡；
服務：特別要表揚的就是服務了！到酒店時，正好是晚餐時間，有專人在道路口指揮停車；辦理入住，遇到團隊，輪到我們時，酒店前台小張，首先致歉讓久等了（其實很正常，並沒有不開心），並非常貼心的給登記車牌（無限次出入停車場）、辦理升級房型、延期退房。
