酒店環境非常好，房間也很舒服。酒店員工會提前一天聯繫，到之前房間裏的地暖和空調都已經開好了。餐廳可以提前點菜，考慮的非常周到。房間設施也挺好的，自動窗簾，牙膏是雲南白葯的，吹風機是戴森的。洗髮水沐浴露也是喜歡的香型。酒店位置也很不錯。離大草坪開車過去五分鐘就到了。另外，非常貼心的是退房了還為我們準備了礦泉水和小吃帶到路上吃。連我們家小狗狗的用品和玩具都考慮到了。服務滿分。下次一定還會再來！

雖然頻繁出現在文人墨客的作品裏，天姥山的旅遊人氣其實不太高，可供選擇的酒店也不多。這家天姥隱在半山腰上，優點是可以體驗一把真正與山融為一體，人隱於山林間的自然閑適，酒店還造了玻璃觀景台和迎山鞦韆架，很適合放空，日落時特別出片。缺點是山林隱居真的有諸多不便，比如要開15分鐘不停急轉的盤山路；晚上樹林裏賊冷，特別是住在森林木屋房型裏，即使開足了地暖和空調也不保温；吃飯的地方就是酒店裡和山頂一個飯店，可選項不多；物資匱乏購買不便等。
酒店服務態度還是不錯的，管家會提早一天加微信確認第二天的用餐需求。但是總體管理還有提升空間，很多細節沒有做好，比如第一天應該送的下午茶讓問一下能不能送到房間，結果就沒下文了，據家人説看到酒店員工自己吃了；晚餐也不能提供打包盒；沒有比較完善的山區瀏覽介紹，希望還能改進，畢竟近1500一晚的價格在其他地方也應該是很專業的五星級酒店水準了。
酒店離天姥山山頂大概2公里，可以開車到天姥書院，旁邊就是可以縱覽羣峯的大草坪，天熱時可以露營；走旁邊登山步道就可以上金銀台和金雞台，整體景觀都還不錯。

住到這家民宿簡直是挖到寶啦！房間裝修超有格調，木質元素温馨又自然。超大落地窗直麪絕美風景，陽光灑進來超舒服。還有獨立浴缸，晚上泡個澡太愜意。床品柔軟親膚，住得超安心。遺留了物品，也及時聯繫我們並快遞到家，下次一定還來！

酒店位置不錯，看日落很漂亮。冬天來的，山上沒什麼好玩的，本想看看霧凇的，可惜沒有遇到。房間裏面有地暖也有空調，吹風機是戴森的。陽台的浴缸冬天不能使用，木屋可能會遇到一些蟲子。酒店的前台服務特別好。
