民宿位於東壁，顯然是精心設計過的，裝修風格簡約而不失文藝，房間寬敞明亮，視野極佳…… 民宿的服務態度非常好，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，不管是叫外賣還是到鎮上採買都十分方便。除了價格略貴之外，完全沒毛病，值得推薦給來霞浦遊玩且預算充足的朋友。

衞生：房間很寬敞，打掃的非常乾淨
環境：特地訂的淡季，很安靜，很愜意，靠近坦途，沒有海水的鹹臭味，離三沙鎮很近，可以體驗當地人的生活，菜場逛逛，早餐買買。
設施：房間配置投影，榻榻米，馬桶不是智能翻蓋，不費馬桶墊，否則水會濺到馬桶墊上。淋浴房有淋浴噴頭和固定噴頭。陽台正對游泳池和灘塗。
服務：服務真的是賓至如歸，有個很漂亮很可愛的小姐姐每天都會準備好早餐，會幫我們制定旅遊路線，會提醒日出日落時間，提醒我們天氣是否適合出海。房間裏用的是維達紫色包裝的抽紙和捲筒紙，礦泉水昆崙山小瓶的和怡寶礦泉水大瓶的。
老闆很熱情，會邀請喝茶吃水果。
老闆娘很親切的幫忙訂好我們想要帶回老家的海鮮，到家還是活的。
再次感謝，民宿還送了我們茶葉。
