Zhongshan Inn is located in Changpingzhen, a ******* style village part of Siguniangzhen at about 3200m altitude (good for acclimatization if you want to go further to Danba, Tagong, Kangding). The bus from and to Chengdu Chadianzi station stops in 5min walking distance from the Inn. To Shuangqiao Valley one needs a driver (about 7 km away, 15 min drive). To Changping Valley (6km away, short ride) one has to take the shuttle bus, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The trailhead to Haizi Valley is in 5 min walking distance, one can walk over directly. I stayed here in the week before the Spring Festival. The village and the Inn have been extremely quiet, just a few visitors (many stores and Inns were closed due to the holiday). Hiking and trekking opportunities around this place are rich and beautiful, worth a several day visit. The staff of the guesthouse is very, very kind and goes out of the way to help and support. The owner is a young man who can speak and understand English (great for foreigners). Rooms are spacious, warm, and tidy (bathtub, heating blanket, floor heating) at a fair price. For animal lovers: there are a Husky dog and several cats in the house. In the village you can see the integrated life of villagers and their tiny horses (many of them work as pack animals in the valleys), yaks and cows. Expect some travel hassle if you go by bus or car during the winter season with snow and ice on a small curvy street through spectacular mountains. Needs patience, things will take much longer then.

It only takes ten minutes to drive to Shuangqiaogou. Changpinggou and Haizigou are within walking distance. The room is very good and I like it very much. It is clean and tidy. I feel at ease here. The lighting in the room is very good and the check-in speed is very fast. , the service is also very attentive and enthusiastic. The feeling of being at home really makes us feel like we are home from afar. After placing an order, I will contact you in advance, create an exclusive service group, inform you of precautions in advance, and give you a hundred likes. When you arrive at the door, there will be staff to greet you, help carry your luggage, and direct parking. There is a parking yard downstairs, which brings great convenience to us who are traveling by car! It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. This inn is downstairs. It’s a place to eat, specializing in the local specialty yak hotpot, which tastes pretty good. All in all, it’s really worth giving it a try.

The stay here was excellent and we stayed here for 3 nights to visit both Chang Ping Valley and ShuangQiao Valley during this autumn season for snow peak view . The stay is located about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Chang Ping Valley Touristic Spot. The hotel can help to arrange cab to ShuangQiao Valley if you wish to travel there as well. The hotel room was clean, staffs were friendly and most importantly able to communicate in both English and Mandarin, which made the communication easy. Their restaurant is worth visiting as well as they serve delicious yak meat hotpot, mushroom chicken noodle. Their home made rose milk tea and mushroom garlic fried rice are must try as well.

How can I put it? The price of 850 per night is really inflated. The room is quite small, but the toilet is quite big. However, there is one thing I really cannot understand. For such an expensive B&B not very close to the scenic spot, the gauze curtain above the bed is full of dead flies, about 20 to 30 of them. I really want to vomit. They are right above the angle of the pillow. It is very intuitive to see. Is it because several celebrities have been here? Advantages: The two guys are quite enthusiastic and the food they cook is also OK. The price is a little expensive, but the food here is so expensive. There are some design elements on the first floor. There are seven or eight parking spaces at the door. The hardware facilities in the house are average. There are quite a lot of old ones. There is a husky that is quite cute. Alas, the hygiene is mainly worrying. I hope it can be rectified. It is not worth spending more than 800.

You can see Mount Siguniang while lying on the bed. The scenery is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Living in the mountains, you can listen to the sound of wind, rain, and streams. It's pleasant. If it weren't for something else, I would like to stay in this hotel for a few days. Here I can experience not only the beauty of Western Sichuan, but also the high altitude in Western Sichuan. But I can basically get used to it in one night. There are no restaurants nearby, but in the hotel All kinds of food are reasonably priced and taste good. Afternoon tea, Chinese food, Western food, and hot pot are all available, and the portions are generous. The housekeeper Tingting is very cute. Chatting with her will never be boring. It should be said that the hotel staff are very good. I will go there again next time. I like this hotel very much.
