The only drawback is that the water pressure is not enough. The temperature of the hot water is very good, but it is a pity that the pressure is not enough. The little girl told me that the takeaway front desk could be delivered to the room. Just after a while, I saw the little girl holding a cup of hot water and my takeaway. It was really too warm and warm. When I checked out, I accidentally saw her called Xiaowu. This business trip experience, I am impressed by the service of this hotel. This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. on the 12th and called the pick-up driver. The driver responded immediately with ”warm greetings and help to pick up the boxes. I didn't feel tired at all in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception desk also greeted me kindly. She even helped me if I accidentally broke something on the way.” The problem was solved. I had a full nap at noon. The lady at the counter, Yuanyuan Xiaoxiang, called us responsibly to remind us of the pick-up time. The master who took us to and from the airport on the bus was very serious and responsible in handling everyone's luggage. The service is really 100%. I can't say enough. The staff's internal atmosphere is great and we feel the warmth between people. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 First time travel to China with my Mom, I book this hotel because good location (near Xianyang Airport) and complimentary pick up service (round trip). The owner take a good care by picked me up at Airport within 10 minutes. Next morning, he took me and my Mom to had breakfast (local food). He tried to communicate with us because we are Thai and cannot understand Chinese. Fortunately, we use translator to communicate 🤩🤩

This is a clean, comfortable, hotel. It is located within terminal 3 of Xian Xianyang International Airport, so it is very convenient to check into flights.
