Environment: Being close to the airport, there are many snack streets and even a night market. The greenery is also a nice touch. Service: The staff are exceptionally good. They helped resolve any issues we had and were very polite. Highly recommend! Airport Shuttle (Shared): The pick-up was quick, and there's a shuttle every hour for drop-offs, which is very convenient. I'll definitely book this hotel for future business trips.

The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹

Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the airport, and there are some restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues we had. We booked an airport transfer, and the driver was great and perfectly on time.

24-hour free airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals): It's really convenient to have a shuttle to the terminal in the morning. The hotel facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can even issue special invoices, which is very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport, and there's a dedicated shuttle service.

It was quite quiet. The snack bar next to the hotel tasted good and was very affordable. We had dinner here. We were scheduled to be sent to the airport at 5am. The front desk called the landline to wake me up at 4:30am. I just locked the door and came out. The front desk called the mobile phone again. Thank you very much. Then the breakfast was a buffet. I felt that I was not in a hurry because the front desk started at 5am. The restaurant staff was very polite. She reminded me that the dishes would be served at 4:50. Although not all the dishes were served, I could eat some first. I was anxious to stand and eat. She asked me to sit down and helped me watch the driver come in. The driver who sent me to the airport was also very polite. The whole process made people feel very warm.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

The hotel is right by the airport, but it's about an 8-9 minute drive from Terminal 5. They offer a shuttle service, and the buffet breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, which is really convenient for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommend for an overnight layover!

Coming out of Terminal 5, there's a shuttle bus available. The capsule hotel is tucked away in a corner of the airport, so visitors arriving late at night might need to ask around to find it. However, its quiet and safe location is a big plus. There are restrooms and washing facilities right next door, complete with hot water.

As I was in transit overnight, I tried out this capsule accommodation in Terminal 3. I landed in Terminal 2, but these terminals are connected, so it was easily reachable on foot. The capsule place is easily spotted on the arrival level in T3. The experience was very good, it's more private than I thought. My capsule was impeccable, the matress quite nice and firm, blanket and pillow quite comfy. There's a little bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower exclusively for the guests, the toilet is however the public one down the hallway. As it was night, it wasn't busy at all, though. It had a good sleep, so I guess it was very quiet that night as I did not wake up from noise. I was able to get some food after 11p.m. at an open restaurant in the same arrival level, so that's a bonus in terms of convenience. I would book this place again when in transit.

The service was warm and friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic, making it suitable for family travel. The hotel's only drawback, which is also a benefit, is its proximity to the airport. There was some noise from the airport's bird-scaring devices, which was a bit loud.
