The room was spotlessly clean, and the air was fresh with no strange odors. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable, making it the perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Definitely a full five-star rating!"

All the in-room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the housekeeping service was proactive and attentive. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. "This was my first time visiting Xi'an. I arrived at the airport at 10:30 PM, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a dedicated car transfer. The driver was a young man with an excellent service attitude and a noticeable local accent (he spoke like 'Liu Hongbing' – a colloquial way to describe a strong local accent). The hotel itself was clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms. Breakfast was included in the morning, and they also offered a shuttle bus to the subway station and the airport. Overall, a great experience."
