I only stayed at Rezen Select Hotel for one night before flying to Beijing, but it exceeded all of my expectations. My room was spotless, stylish, and felt like a relaxing spa retreat. A huge thank you to the wonderful young woman at the front desk who assisted me with my takeout order when I couldn’t do it myself due to the language barrier and phone issues. That level of hospitality is rare. I wish I got her name because she was genuinely kind and had a crisp, beautiful accent when speaking English. Hopefully she sees this and knows how much I appreciated her help. (The noodles were delicious!!!) The free airport transfer the next day was effortless. I highly recommend this hotel for both transiting travelers and even those staying in Xi’an for longer periods.

Arrived in Xi'an late at night and chose this hotel. The environment is really nice. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the room was very quiet. Parking is shared with a nearby hotel, but there were plenty of spaces available.
