Excellent location close to the North Train Station. Unfortunately our bathroom was mouldy and not clean. The room was in a medium condition, overall a little refresher would be good for the hotel. Good breakfast and nice staff which don't speak English but try to help.

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one.
I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief!
Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service.
And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner.
Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet.
The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China.
I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer.
Very much recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was already evening when I got off the high-speed train. I thought I could just book a random hotel as it was just a transfer. I checked their hotel and saw that the ratings were quite high. When I arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel environment was quite good as soon as I entered the lobby. It was very new. The service attitude of Mr. Li at the front desk was very good. The check-in was also very fast. I was also upgraded to a suite for free. Not bad. When I entered the room, the room was quite large, with a sofa, and the facilities were also very new. The bed was very soft and I slept very comfortably. It was also close to the North Station. The price-performance ratio is very high. Among hotels that cost more than 100 yuan, this one is considered very good. It's good. I will stay at their hotel again next time!

First time travel to China with my Mom, I book this hotel because good location (near Xianyang Airport) and complimentary pick up service (round trip). The owner take a good care by picked me up at Airport within 10 minutes. Next morning, he took me and my Mom to had breakfast (local food). He tried to communicate with us because we are Thai and cannot understand Chinese. Fortunately, we use translator to communicate 🤩🤩

Very good. From the airport side, they offer free shuttle to the airport. Very comfortable. Clean. Good Hotel. Especially for those who need to fly early. They also pick up the person at the airport. This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing.
Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue.
The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

I was sent to the airport on the hour in the morning and a simple breakfast was provided (the room I booked did not come with breakfast)! The hotel service is also very good. Zhenzhen’s service attitude is very good, her explanations are very clear, and she also provides homemade drinks when you arrive at the hotel! like! !

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. on the 12th and called the pick-up driver. The driver responded immediately with ”warm greetings and help to pick up the boxes. I didn't feel tired at all in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception desk also greeted me kindly. She even helped me if I accidentally broke something on the way.” The problem was solved. I had a full nap at noon. The lady at the counter, Yuanyuan Xiaoxiang, called us responsibly to remind us of the pick-up time. The master who took us to and from the airport on the bus was very serious and responsible in handling everyone's luggage. The service is really 100%. I can't say enough. The staff's internal atmosphere is great and we feel the warmth between people. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Last year, as a hotel open, accommodations are state-of-the-art. clean. All staffs are the best kind attitude.
I was offended by the news that Executive's lounge and dinner buffet were not available when I checked in, but the staff's interest and response to us throughout the hotel led to my satisfaction to the best.
I especially thank to Mr.Martin Sun of the restaurant team. Although I couldn't eat dinner buffet, I was able to have a much more satisfactory meal. Also thank you to the desk staff Cloy. She always asked us if we had any inconvenience and was interested. One thing I regret about this hotel is that I wish there was a swimming pool.

The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.

HHendruStay in this hotel for next day flight. This hotel is clean, staff very kind, located at in front of T1, but when i am stayed, T1 is not operation yet. So, there is no direct access to T1. I need to going outside from T2 and walking along street to reach hotel. I doesnt know if hotel have shuttle bus or something, i am using taxi on the flight day to reach T3.
