This is my first time staying at their hotel. The hotel is really good. It is indeed a high-end chain. The environment is full of atmosphere. The hotel is very grand. The rooms are very comfortable and the hygiene is very good. The most important thing is that there is a gym with complete facilities. It is next to Tianhong Shopping Mall, which is convenient. The service was very good and the experience was great. There was welcome tea at the entrance. The front desk introduced the buffet, swimming pool, and chess and card room. I experienced them all. The waiters were very enthusiastic. Although the room was a bit old, it was clean and tidy. I felt relieved. The waiter sent fruit as soon as I entered the room. Especially the environment of the hotel is very beautiful. I will come again next time if I have the chance. It is really great to find such a hotel in Xiangtan👍

Very satisfied, every time I stay in the hotel, I choose this one. I like this minimalist decoration style and large screen projection. It looks clean and neat. There is a food pedestrian street downstairs and tea color. I want to order takeaway in less than half an hour. It’s delivered, the bath water is quite big and comfortable, and there are a lot of treasure chest scan code services. Free parking, quiet sleep in the morning, very good, everything can be satisfied. If you have any questions, you will reply to the front desk as soon as possible, very good!

I am a regular customer of this hotel and will stay here again this time. The health condition and service quality are as good as ever. The room is the largest in the same price range and has a tea table by the window, suitable for entertaining guests. Located in Wanda Plaza, the central business district, the view from the guest room floor is excellent. This time I chose the 32nd floor. The restaurant is on the 26th floor. There are many types of food, but there is a fly in the ointment. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is not good. The temperature in Xiangtan at that time reached over 40°C. I was sweating profusely during the meal, which affected the experience. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible. In addition, parking fees are too expensive even with discounts. I hope we can communicate well with Wanda Property so that it can be beneficial to customers.

Friendly helpful staff that brought me a drink upon check in, concierge delivered outside food to my room multiple times, fast wifi, huge window with a nice view, soft huge mattress, tons of amenities, onsite convenience store. Best of all it was under 200 kuai a night. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you staff

The room was clean and hygienic, and the boss was very enthusiastic to teach us travel guides and precautions. He also helped us book a discount ticket for the evening performance ”Most Memory of Lushanchong 〞, which is much cheaper than online.

There were mosquitoes at night, and the hotel prepared the original mosquito coil, but there was no match. At 10 pm, the bar turned around and the black light was blind and no one was found, so it was useless!
