I used to choose this hotel every time I went on a business trip to Xiangtan. The service is good and the facilities are complete. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

We booked a regular double room online, and the hotel upgraded it to a villa suite with larger space for free for all of us students taking postgraduate entrance exams to facilitate our preparation for the exam. This is the best hotel service I have ever stayed in. When I arrived at the hotel, a waiter helped me push my suitcase to the front desk. The front desk staff prepared warm towels and tea with floral water. Another waiter helped me wipe the suitcase and asked me if I had any plans for the next day.
