優點：地理位置絕佳，可以在房間觀賞日出很美。房間設施品牌用得都不錯。
缺點：是我這次旅行以來住過最臟的房間，一個晚上至少見到5隻蟑螂在各個角落爬，我行李不敢打開，怕蟑螂鑽進去，房間整體維護也很差，而且世茂大廈是soho辦公樓，所以一樓門禁進出每天都要登記一遍，超級不方便。

好：衝著海景房訂的，能看到景色，窗子也大，不過陰天就不太好看了
不好：沒有停車位，要停附近走過去比較麻煩，入住也有點麻煩，訂單上寫的提供瓶裝水發現也沒有，冰箱裏面有一瓶結冰了的礦泉水，以為是提供給房客的，問房東説你想喝可以喝，當時就覺得不應該是提供的嘛，然而等水解凍後才發現壓根不是新的水，已經是打開過了的，感覺挺搞笑的，另外空調噪音比較大，床和枕頭都偏硬，一整晚不是睡得很好

超級海景！房間面朝大海，一線無遮擋。衞生還不錯，各方面用品都有，大概三星級標準。熱水器要自己打開燒，大概15分鐘就能洗了。出行很方便，省了很多堵車坐車的時間。

來廈門遇見颱風了，雙子塔就在海邊上，沒啥感覺。以前還以為會搖晃[偷笑]。海景環境都不錯，店家很貼心，有問必答。沿海城市的服務意識就是比內地到位。

房間很乾凈，裝修很新，落地窗對着大海，房間有洗衣機，睡覺很安靜，距離廈大步行五分鐘就到，而且樓下就是大型商場，房主很熱心的介紹廈門的特色，還有建議我們旅遊路線，經常出差，這家洗漱用品還不錯。雖然沒有比家裡用的好，但是一次性用品也不會太差。很滿意的一次住宿，推薦

選的一線海景房，真的很美。看圖片兩個海景房都很美，索性選貴一點的，果然是全海景，很治癒。房間裏衞生很乾凈，還有淡淡的梔子花香，老闆細節做的很好。贊👍🏻日用品不是很高檔，但是還是能接受。主要是衞生乾淨整潔就好。
