在廈門康萊德酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美！從步入大堂的那一刻起，就被奢華又温馨的氛圍所吸引。酒店的設計精緻且融合了廈門的地域特色，令人倍感舒適。
特別要感謝前台那位小帥哥，在辦理入住時按我的要求幫我挑了一個可以看到落日和俯視鼓浪嶼的房間。傍晚時分，夕陽灑在海面上，美得讓人沉醉；入夜後，鼓浪嶼的燈光點點，夜景更是浪漫迷人。
行政酒廊也是一大亮點！這裏不僅提供精緻的下午茶和“快樂時光”，還能俯瞰廈門的另一側美景——廈門大學、南普陀寺盡收眼底，連綿的海景與繁華的城市景觀交相輝映，令人流連忘返。
另外，早餐廳的體驗也值得特別提一下。一定要早些過去，可以邊享用早餐邊欣賞日出的美景。早餐選擇非常豐富，魚丸牛肉丸湯鮮美得讓人驚艷，而肉夾饃的口感更是讓我感歎，比我在西安吃到的還要好！
房間寬敞明亮，設施智能化，服務細緻周到。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，廈門康萊德酒店都絕對是首選。下一次到廈門，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏。

酒店環境很好，在床上可以看到鼓浪嶼，早餐豐富好吃，服務人員禮貌周到，客房管家小王很心細，知道我頸椎不舒服，送來了蕎麥硬枕頭，派人翻了硬床墊，睡的很舒服，離店有小禮物！

房間寬敞舒適，窗外景色很棒，設施略陳舊，房間服務不錯，前台服務生硬，比較機械冷漠😑
昨天11:50左右本來正準備下樓退房，這時前台來電話提醒要退房了，是否計劃續住？這個電話令人很不愉悦！如果超過12:00我沒有退房，你可以來電提醒，還不到12:00就打電話提醒，這就不好了！
退房後當天收到電子發票，但是按金退款到轉天10:30左右仍未收到，通知攜程客服專員去查詢，目前沒有結果！
另外入住第一晚，淋浴間下水有問題，水漫金山流到淋浴間外很多水，打房間電話電話又壞了，聽不到説話，大晚上11:00左右，房間裏又是服務員整理水淋淋的地面，又是工程部修下水，説是地漏沒放好導致…感覺非常不好！轉天早晨值班經理道歉，提出送生日蛋糕、行政酒廊下午茶…蛋糕非常小的一個，味道很一般，行政酒廊沒有去！
