The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view. Our private butler and cleaning attendant, Auntie Ye, was incredibly thoughtful. She provided a complimentary bubble bath, thoroughly disinfected all the bathroom fixtures, supplied almost every toiletry imaginable, and even offered a selection of different pillows. She also promptly reported any facility issues for repair. Additionally, she gave us Xiamen souvenirs, offered bedtime drinks like hot milk and chrysanthemum tea, and thoughtfully turned down our bed with lavender aromatherapy. The executive lounge was refined and had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar on the first floor was very approachable, and they also offered a range of beverages and snacks. A complimentary laundry service was provided once a day. Breakfast was extensive and unique. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hot water is great, and the large bed is very comfortable. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are exceptionally well-maintained, which is definitely thanks to the engineering team. The air conditioning works perfectly, with controllable temperatures, and the summer bedding is fantastic. The only downside is the TV – it's ancient, with a tiny screen and poor picture quality, and the remote control is difficult to use.

After a long and tiring day of travel, I arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. Vicky at the front desk was so kind and patient, helping me with the check-in process and even offering helpful tips for getting around the area. As I walked in, Ray the concierge noticed I was carrying several heavy bags and immediately offered to help me with my luggage; he was very humble and considerate. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to every detail. The staff's kindness really melted away my travel fatigue, making for a truly heartwarming stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in town.

The room offered a wide-open view. While not a brand new hotel, it's well-maintained, and any issues were quickly resolved, making me feel right at home. The subway station is right next door, which made getting around very convenient.

The Pan Pacific Xiamen offers great value for money. I left something behind after checking out, and Guest Relations Manager Wu Huijuan helped me find it and return it to me, which was very thoughtful. Her service attitude was excellent, and I'd like to give her a thumbs up. I will definitely choose the Pan Pacific Xiamen again if I have the chance to return.
