家裡的長者很滿意這種老牌酒店。老牌酒店好也是有原因的
1. staff非常熱心，一進門Patrick 就哄的孩子好開心啊，有氣球也有玩具。前台的另外一位女生（sorry 我忘了她名字）也是go out of her way 讓我們3個房間都住得特別舒服。看我們有小孩子就安排了小童房裡麪設施特別棒！
2. 房間很大，乾淨和亮比較適合家庭出行
3. Room service 很快，restaurant 也好吃
我們下次來廈門還是會來kempinski 💖

出差退房時比較匆忙，前台沒有主動提供流水單，客人開的是公司抬頭髮票，我覺得如果能夠問一下客人會比較好！
比較不能接受的是，房間內遺忘了一套衣服，酒店過了一天也沒有聯繫客人，客人忙完才主動去尋找，回覆説是有客遺，那説明並不是沒有登記。關鍵，快遞回來的時候，竟然是用黑色垃圾袋給裝的！你們這麼大一個星級酒店，沒有洗衣袋啥的，或者保鮮袋也行啊！真的是垃圾袋給塞進去的！
