到店無房 前一天我打電話問過的 可以提前到店辦理入住 我到酒店以後説我定的房型沒有了 住不了 沒有到時間辦理不了入住 告訴我還有什麼房型 在前台定 定了個智享城景大床房 然後一開始給了我間尾房 我後面換房了 這個我都可以理解 生氣的點是在前台一直讓我取消原有訂單 我説知道了 我都在前台付了 網上訂單我肯定自己會取消啊 最生氣的是什麼 本來坐飛機就很困很累了 睡着沒多會 一個女孩子又打電話給我説取消訂單 我説我知道了 晚點我取消 她問今天退不退房我説不是明天才退嗎 她又説我費用沒有付 一下子讓人火大 原本定了房間 到前台不能入住 説房間沒有打掃出來 我加價換了房型 在前台付了房費按金 剛睡着沒多會打電話説讓我付費取消訂單 前台不會提前看清楚了在打電話問顧客嗎 酒店培訓員工是這麼培訓的嗎 讓人生氣
