Location is great, food is all around. Apart from occasional cigarette smell there's this bang and noise along the corridor by drunk guest. Luckily this only happens 2 times throughout my 9 nights there. Overall still a decent good place to stay in.

The plane flies over the former Qingshui Palace, and you can also take the bus to Xiamen Station. It can be said that it is a very convenient hotel with good service and new facilities. Nice new hotel around 10 minutes drive (20rmb by taxi) from the airport. I just stayed here overnight, but the staff were friendly, room was clean, and I enjoyed the location - you are really in the middle of a local Chinese neighborhood, highly doubt you will see any other foreigners around, but that's cool - part of the fun. Literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple of hundred meters, supermarkets etc. The room itself was well furnished, had all the amenities you would ever need, and most importantly was spotlessly clean. A simple breakfast was included. For the price, you really can't go wrong - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
