I loved this hotel, spacious rooms with great working air conditioning. They clean the rooms everyday. The staff are friendly. The hotel is majestic and well decorated. The hotels breakfast is wonderful with a great selection to choose from. A very convenient location and close to a metro station. At the end of my stay I wanted to stay longer for two reasons. The hotel was so comfortable and the Xi'an food is so delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Wyndham Grand: 1. Hotel 2. Apartment Two buildings are close to each other The hotel where we stayed last time This time I chose an apartment with my child Advantages: 1. It is adjacent to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, which is suitable for multiple consecutive visits to the city that never sleeps. You can check out performances and visit the business district in the city. You can buy fruits, snacks and breakfast for family trips at Hema downstairs. 2. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes drying rack, bowls and cups, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven, etc. 3. The two rooms have two bathrooms, the house is spacious and bright, and the arranged rooms are quiet. 4. You can apply for check-out at 2 pm at the latest 5. I personally like mattresses that are not too soft and feel that the bedding is comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. There is a gas stove but no pot. 2. The water bar area in the lobby on the first floor is not open. In addition: The apartment has 7 floors, and the 2nd and 3rd floors should be rented to a confinement center (name: xxx Maternal and Child Care Center). After moving in, I found that there were a small number of expectant mothers and caregivers wearing masks moving around in the lobby. I also saw people who were probably there to visit the site communicating with the confinement center staff in the lobby.

出差一週，四個晚上都住在這裏，地理位置比較方便，離地鐵也不算遠，旁邊步行10分鐘就有商場，總體算比較方便，從這次體驗看如果有需要應該還會再選擇。 好的：1.前台幾位工作人員還不錯，有兩位女生和一位戴眼鏡的男生都很有耐心，溝通上也比較舒服；2.一樓大廳有蘋果，花茶，各種應急的小東西給客人用，還是很貼心的。 但是，也有一些小問題希望能改進： 1.第一天阿姨打掃房間，用過德水杯和茶水這些沒有換新，茶包也沒有補全 2.用餐在一樓旁邊，這次住三樓有近路，但是入住時能提醒下會更好，因為正好趕上西安兩天下雨，提醒後客人多個選擇更貼心 3.7.30餐廳開始早餐，但是我超過7.30到餐廳，煎蛋這些都還沒開始，工作人員還在陸陸續續的有準備工作 4.有驚無險的經歷，半夜有男士刷房間和敲門，因為已經休息了還是被嚇到，前台給出的解釋是客人自己搞錯房間了，但是不知道是否是因為前台工作人員在手寫房間號時不太清晰造成，前台有道歉，也有小禮物補償，但是這個體驗真的不好，還好衹是有驚無險！ 5.酒店房間不高，有天早上四五點就有人大叫，好像是施工還是什麼，有點吵，影響休息 希望改進，做的更好吧
