The room was spacious and impeccably clean making it a perfect sanctuary after a long day of travel. The staff at Starway Hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful, particularly with managing my flight schedule. When I encountered issues with my flight, they assisted promptly and effectively, ensuring I had all the information and support I needed. Their genuine care and professionalism made a stressful situation much more manageable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was something I genuinely looked forward to each day. From fresh pastries and fruits to delicious hot options, there was something to please every palate. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic. It is conveniently situated close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the location couldn't be more perfect. Overall, my experience at Starway Hotel was exceptional. The combination of a complimentary room upgrade, outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, and prime location make it a top choice. Environment: The interior environment of the hotel is simple and clean. The hotel is located on the main traffic road of Xingqing Road, opposite the east gate of Xingqing Park. There is a bus stop at the door of the store, and the transportation to the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda tourist attractions is very convenient. There are many special snacks in Xi'an not far away, such as mutton soup bun, cold skin, roujiamo, and water basin mutton. The taste and brand are very authentic. Service: The front desk clerk is very warm and polite, and the business is proficient. The check-in and check-out procedures are simple and fast, and they also took the initiative to help me with the delayed check-out, which is very considerate. The room attendant is also very polite. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are simple but very practical. There is a lounge on the first floor. If you need to wait for the room to be cleaned, you can have tea and take a rest in the lounge. There are also fitness equipment and free self-service laundry and drying equipment on the first floor, which are convenient and comfortable to use. The restaurant is on the second floor. In addition to the normal Chinese food, the hotel's noodles with gravy are worth recommending, which is a very good feature.

The room is very clean, and the decoration looks quite new. The floor-to-ceiling windows look downstairs and it's super cool. There's always hot water in the toilet. I told the front desk downstairs that I didn't want to boil water, and the guy gave us two cans of drinks the day before yesterday. Hahahaha. The breakfast includes noodles, fried rice, and various snacks, which are quite delicious. The transportation is okay. The subway station is not far away. There are shopping malls and small food courts nearby. The bus is also very convenient. Auntie is also very good at cleaning up. She helps us clean up every day.

第二次來西安，不想和遊客扎堆，想住個僻靜的地方，睡覺舒服比啥都強。附近都是新樓盤居民區，也有地鐵站，附近不堵車可隨時打滴滴，又清凈又方便 設施：建議把裝修時間更新一下，看了其他評價才知道是剛翻新過，設施用着都挺好的，水壓也大，暖氣太足導致我還要開冷風降温。關鍵是房間很大，而且每個房間都有大窗户（聽前台小姐姐介紹的）。注意：沒有護髮素自己記得帶 環境：附近有很多吃的，對面就有一家水盆羊肉，但我走的時候才開門沒吃上。去了附近的新疆餐廳巴佰力，烤羊肉串和抓飯都很好吃 衞生：對這個價位來説衞生打掃的不錯，每天都會清潔，更換毛巾，提前放好第二天的礦泉水，而且沒有任何味道。建議地面清潔再細緻一點哈 服務：小姐姐們認真負責，會提前提醒是否續房，幫忙寄存行李，諮詢任何問題都積極主動，體驗感很好
