The place is not bad per se. The rooms are kept tidy and it has all the amenities a traveller needs. The big problem with the place is, even though it is advertised as non-smoking, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. There was a very thick continuous smoke smell coming into our room through the toilet. However, the service is good, they added an air purifier to our room which saved us of the sandstorm that was falling upon the city during our stay. 塞翁失马焉知非福

The first impression of Datang Xishi Hotel was that I entered a palace. The front desk service attitude was warm and thoughtful, and they upgraded our room directly. Because the children are allergic, they kept sneezing in the room🤧. I booked a room for a few days and reported this to the front desk. At that time, I was also shown a suite in the same building. I still felt a little worried and was still considering changing hotels. I had called to confirm that there was a room. After lunch, I went to the front desk again to ask. There were several service staff. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Song Dandan impressed me. First of all, she made me feel very kind, listened to my needs patiently, and made timely adjustments. My grandmother and two Australian children liked the current room very much. I will come again next time. Service: The staff of the entire hotel were all smiling, and the three things they were most satisfied with were: 1. Song Dandan's excellent service. 2. The housekeeping department took my mother to patiently find the medicine box, and the front desk manager knew and apologized when I checked out. 3. I ordered takeout in the evening and it was delivered to my room.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the No. 5.6 subway station. I asked the guy at the front desk about the travel route, and Xiao Li helped introduce the travel route to the scenic spots. It is directly connected to the subway. The hotel has complete facilities, the room is large and the stay is very comfortable. The staff service is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The service is really, really good, thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up. The special breakfast is great, rich in variety, and most importantly, parking is free. It is highly recommended to stay here.

If you come to Xi'an, it is also highly recommended. The bus stop is under the overpass at the door. It takes about five minutes to walk to Metro Line 5.6, and there is Datang West Shopping Center next to it. The mini bar in the room is also free. The tea bag is a project for Atour to help farmers. The tea set is also equipped. There are also two take-out paper cups. Visually, it is equipped with coffee. A small suggestion, the cup for drinking water is two small tea cups, which can be equipped with two mugs. In addition, I especially like it, the restaurant is really roses, Atour is attentive.

The hotel selected for a business trip, the stay experience is very good, the bed is large, the bedding is very comfortable, there are large shopping malls and supermarkets in front of it. It is very convenient to eat and buy things. The hotel staff is very warm and recommended local snacks to eat by locals.

Big bed, sofa actually has two sets, there are restaurants on the first floor and the top floor, breakfast is rich, although not big but very special, There is also a gift of beer, which is quite close to the people. The front desk girl and the Northeast brother, the leverage is great! Come to Xi'an to live! Great extra points for the trip to Xi'an! I love Xi'an so much!

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

First trip to Xi An and I am so glad that I booked Sheraton as for my stay here! The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant who checked us in let us know that our original room (one large bed) could pick up noise from a nearby nightclub and offered to switch us to a room with two twin beds further away from the noise at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The free laundry machines/dryers were very convenient. The breakfast options were a bit sparse compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at in China, but there is still quite a bit of variety. The location of the hotel was great — very central and close to subway lines. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

Hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions and metro line. Take note that they do not have a front porch, so the dropoff usually directs to Shehui Road (社会路) and you have to walk through a carpark before you get to reception. There is another ibis hotel very close to this hotel - make sure you go to the correct one (even my tour guide got it wrong!) Service can be improved slightly as the reception staff often appeared bored. Housekeeping also entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly displayed. Otherwise, room is clean and modern. There is a rooftop garden with perfect view of the Drum Tower.
