The service was excellent. On my first day, I arrived in the rain, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. Noticing I was lightly dressed, she quickly checked for an available room and allowed me to check in. I was truly grateful for her thoughtfulness.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a Line 2 subway station. The service was excellent; they even offered complimentary pour-over coffee in the lobby. We were in such a rush checking out that my child accidentally left their watch behind, but the staff kindly helped mail it back to us!

However, I must point out that the facilities are quite dated. Upon entering the room, there was a distinct musty smell, reminiscent of an old building. Furthermore, the walls were peeling, and the shower had a minor leak.
