地點位於鬧市，附近吃的購物的應有盡有，靠近地鐵站，出入很方便。房間寬敞舒適，入住尾房沒有奇怪經歷。

酒店距鐘樓地鐵站近，周邊有多家老字號，方便品嚐西安美食。去西安城牆也很近，步行10多分鐘可達。酒店設施比較老，電梯地毯比較臟，房間衞生還行吧。

總結一句話:設施可以，前台服務員太二乎，抽煙人太多。
本人10月20日入住702房，當晚發現淋浴間地漏堵塞，次日上午通知前台派人維修，並讓前台在房間內放一個刮鬍刀。晚上回來發現沒有維修，也沒有刮鬍刀。洗澡幾乎是站在臟水上洗完的。
22日上午到前台要求換房，換到603. 結果淋浴間的水口頭出水幾乎沒有壓力。23日打電話到前台説房間沒有廁紙了，結果送來的是抽紙，客房服務員説前台告訴錯了。
將就住到26日，凌晨5點多退房。告訴前台睡眼惺忪的服務員，退房卡放在你桌子上了。結果當日下午3點多還打電話問我是續住還是退房。也就是説我凌晨給他們退房卡根本就沒有及時錄到系統裏，下午了還顯示入住狀態。
另外，酒店隔音太差，走廊和隔壁説話聽的清清楚楚，影響睡眠。大堂、走廊、電梯間，到處是煙味，有抽煙的也沒人管。
