We had a really bad experience staying here. First, the hotel was not located on the main road like other hotels, but in a residential apartment. There were no instructions sent beforehand, so it was challenging for foreigners like us to figure out where it was. Second, the number provided wasn't on Wechat, so we couldn't communicate before arrival. When we arrived at midnight after a tiring long train, we were super confused and didn't know how to check in. We finally found a staff, but then he told me he didn't find our reservation?! So we had to sit in a small, non-AC room on a hot summer day, waiting for him to resolve the issue with Trip.com. After half an hour or so, he decided to give us a room to stay temporarily but in a different building. The room was old and outdated, the beds were hard to sleep in, and the bathroom was filthy. During the whole process, he didn't show any sympathy or good customer service, even though the fault was on his system. Overall, we were so disappointed and did not recommend staying here at all.

The family suite is completely different from the Ctrip photo. Everything is old and dirty. There is a mahjong table in the room. It smells like cigarettes and musty. They are forced to refuse refunds after checking out of the hotel. It is purely to rip off tourists.
