酒店比較舊，硬件很差。基本都是一些旅行團在住，前台服務態度差，明明是酒店開票，非跟我説我的是攜程開票，後來證明還是酒店開票。退個房給她房卡説我3樓退房，過了會問我是不是11樓，態度非常差，自己搞錯了也沒個歉意，跟連鎖酒店差的不是一點半點，強烈不推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情， 住的還算舒適。 早餐種類有不少選擇， 員工態度不錯。 但在管理階層需加強培訓， 承擔責任。

酒店位置很好，距離鐘鼓樓回民街這些景點都非常近，周邊吃飯也方便。入住時給免費升級了房間，房間很乾凈，前台小曹很熱情服務周到。
