整體來說，性價比高，地點很不錯，可步行到鐘樓及回民街！15秒到地鐵站入口。唯一是酒店門口及接待處比較細，看起來很像普通公寓。不過上樓之後發現房間很多，亦很高雅。隔音算做得不錯，房間大小適中，要讚的就是有一個自來水的水機，很方便不用煲水也可以喝到暖水或熱水。早餐普普通通。台前的服務員也很有禮貌

酒店非常乾淨，服務人員也很熱情❤幫忙拖行李，見面就打招呼。早餐去的晚，服務員也很耐心諮詢想吃什麼，不推脱！就是電梯有異味。希望改進。

森德酒店位子特別好，就在鐘樓旁邊，在一座保護建築內，地鐵有2、6號線，去回民街、城牆走路都能到達，去兵馬俑的中巴車也在鐘樓地鐵口。酒店服務衞生都不錯，我們需住四天，總枱主動給升級房間，提供些旅遊諮詢；客房部的服務員劉小俠認真負責，我們很滿意。酒店還免費提供下午茶。酒店的位子及服務，感覺性價比很高。
