Clean, modern hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Free self-serve laundry room is a plus.

The location is good, right next to the clock tower, and it's very convenient to go anywhere.
The room is really small, the smallest room in Hanting I've ever stayed in. The TV in the first room was broken, so I changed to the second room. There were many air conditioners outside that kept buzzing, and I couldn't sleep at all. The third room was semi-underground, with no sunlight and a wall outside. It was too late and I was too lazy to change it.
The front desk service was a bit strange. Members can usually upgrade their room types. When I checked in, the front desk said that the rooms were full that day and could not be upgraded. As a result, there was a problem with the room later, and I changed two rooms in a row, which gave people a feeling of insincerity.
