I left after 10 minutes of checking in. I was with my wife and kids. It was a shock for me. Pathetic condition, un hygienic and bad smell in rooms. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Wash room so dirty. I had to go to another hotel and requested front desk for room. They were very kind. You can understand non live-able condition that a man leaves room with family at 2am who reached after long traveling.
I am amazed rating of this property on trip.com is 4.4, which puts doubts on credibility of this platform also.
Irony is that they dont cancel or refund. Resultantly, i paid for two hotels at single night.
I made mistake for booking this, i wrote review so that someone else shouldn’t suffer like me.

The environment is shabby, the quilt has not been used for a long time, and it has a musty smell. It must only be occupied during holidays! The corridor smells bad! There's a trash can on the corner!

She is really nice and her attitude towards her guest is really awesome. Room was cleaned. Service was perfect. All I can say that it’s value for money.
