總共住了九晚，第一天入住進去房間有上一位住客留的垃圾還有頭髮，想換房間説房源緊張換不了，房間網很慢，隔音也很差，洗浴間沒有乾濕分離洗完澡地板巨滑，每天進房間都能聞到樓下的飯味，晚上沒熱水。住了幾天終於給換了個房，但是洗澡間下水堵塞，半夜晚上兩點多有陌生人敲門，晚上沒熱水，白天也沒熱水。
除了前台和保潔阿姨服務態度好點其他真的狀況頻出，以後不會再選擇這家了。

非常好！衞生不錯，樓下就是小吃街很方便吃夜宵，不過酒店裡沒有油煙味，挺好的。兩個前台都很熱心，對住客的需求及時響應，而且盡心盡力去做，很感動，謝謝
