酒店很不錯 剛到大堂裝修很漂亮 因為是第一次入住 很期待能有個好的入住體驗 前台辦理入住感受非常好 很專業 基礎設施都介紹了一遍 很詳細 房間裝修很簡約 大氣 浴室格局也很舒適 贈送的果盤很用心 一看就是精心製作的 早餐沒去吃 因為早上走的早 下次試試 整個硬件很滿意 服務衹感受到前台的熱情接待 其他都沒有太多的感受

第一次入住西安福朋喜來登酒店這個品牌 硬件設施都是追求品質的裝修 很不錯 環境衞生都很乾凈 剛進房間簡約的裝修和乾淨衞生的床品 很舒適 服務是超出了我的預期 因為是晚上入住 肚子餓了 就問前台酒店還有什麼吃的 前台説現在凌晨一點 餐廳都已經下班了 可能是猜到我需要吃東西 就提供麪包 牛角包 水果問需要不 我想着也行 過了幾分鐘熱乎乎的麪包和果盤就送來了 並且是免費送的 這服務真是沒話説 衹是忘記前台女孩的名字 真的很感謝這位前台服務員 很好的一次入住體驗
