Just make a reservation. The boss is so nice. I arrived in the early morning and he got back to me instantly. The room was big and very clean! The decoration is very new. The main thing is that it is comfortable and the room is fully equipped, making it very suitable for couples and families. It's very quiet, and there's a bunch of food downstairs, 24 hours a day.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel impressed me so much that I had to comment! Facilities: Both public facilities and facilities in the room are very complete. When I was looking for the TV remote control, I saw an emergency hand point and a sewing box in the drawer. The hotel at this price is so well equipped with toiletries. Hygiene: Very clean, no flaws can be found! Environment: The room is very spacious and the bathroom is very spacious. It was already very cold outside, but the heating in the room was very hot, which was much more comfortable than air conditioning! Service: The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. When we got off the elevator, the front desk lady personally saw us off at the elevator entrance! The breakfast is very good, and children under 120 are free. Parking is free and transportation is convenient. A Starbucks cup was also given, which I really loved! Highly recommended 👍👍👍 I will stay here again when I come to Xi'an next time!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible! Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed! We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal). The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet. This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing) Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem) We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

Booked for a second night as I like the close proximity to the Xian subway station and the convenience of finding food in the vicinity. Room is good except for the cigarette smell which they will rectify by changing your room subject to availability. Reception and housekeeping staff are pleasant and helpful and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

The hotel is very close to Xi'an Station. After picking up my friend, I walked more than 200 meters to the place. It was very nice to get off the train at around 11 o'clock in the evening and there were many places to eat open. Environment: The hotel is in an apartment building, maybe because it is near the station. There are many hotels in the building. If you are concerned about this, you can consider other hotels. The decoration is a simple B&B style. The overall room is very large and the area is about the same as written. It does not feel compact and depressing. The bathroom is very clean and the bedding is flat. However, the windows are not large windows covering the entire wall. You can also see the scenery outside, which is just right for me who likes to sleep in. Facilities: First of all, the projection is very clear, and you can still see it clearly at noon. The merchants also have Tencent Video members who can use it. You can also cast your own mobile phone to watch, which is very good. It is great to lie down and watch a movie after riding in the car for a day. Overall. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There are many hotels in the apartment building. The price is affordable, the decoration is simple, and it is clean and hygienic. It is very suitable for a few days' stay and it is very cost-effective.

We came here for a trip and had a lot of luggage. The concierge Zhang Ke saw us and enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage and introduced nearby food and tourist attractions. The room Zhang Xinlei arranged for us was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The location was also very good. The transportation here was also very convenient. The staff's service was enthusiastic and made us feel warm. I will come again next time

There is also an Rujia Business Hotel next to this hotel. The reason why I chose this one is that it starts with the appearance. The ladies at the front desk are very beautiful, speak gently and politely, and give warm reminders. They are very humane and can answer questions without standard words. Second, we checked the two hotels in advance. The layout is the same and the area is the same. The business hotel is newly opened, but it still has a bit of smell. I personally have a sensitive sense of smell. Third, Ruiboyun has all the facilities and equipment that should be available. It is convenient to use and complete. The rooms are also clean and sanitary. They are cleaned every day. You can book a room according to your choice. We booked a room with windows and a room without windows. The price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend it.

This was my first time staying solo in a hotel in China. And what a lovely experience! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even though my Chinese is limited. I had no issues at all! I felt very safe at all times. The room was very large and the bed was so comfortable!! There was a bathtub and desk And good AC. The room was kept tidy and they restocked the water and even orange juice in the fridge!  they also offer a handful experience for a reduced price which was definitely worth it! The women who did the handful experience were so friendly!! I would 100% recommend this hotel! It’s also very easy to find on the map as it is so close to the ancient city wall, within walking distance to the Bell Tower and close to a lovely park and convenience shop . 

酒店門頭很大氣，進去之後酒店設施也挺齊全的，有健身房和洗衣房，酒店靠近漢城湖景區，在樓上就可以看到，早餐挺不錯的，也很豐盛，什麼都有花樣挺多，辦理入住也挺專業，很快，房間上去也很乾凈，酒店工作人員服務都挺好的，前台小徐，小楊也非常熱情，挺好的，房間面積挺大的，酒店性價比也很高，位置的話也不算太偏，對面有個漢城湖吃完飯還可以去溜達溜達，整體環境都挺好的。很推薦[玫瑰] 設施

The hotel is really clean and good service from the staff at front desk. Comfortable bedding and shower with good water pressure, nothing bad about this place. The only thing will be location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to train station, but it’s not a big issue. Will stay here again when back in Xi’An
